Oddly enough, some key celebrity endorsements in recent monthshelped turn a catchysong championing a dirty word into A-rated, mainstream material. In recent months, the songs been trumpeted by celebrities such as William Shatner and Gwyneth Paltrow, who covered the song on Lopez Tonight and Glee, respectively. Then, of course, there was the Paltrow-Green duet at the Grammys (who can forget that peacock outfit ?).

In its eleventh week on the tally, the progressive house track moves into the top 40 at no. 38. The infectious song seems destined to climb even higher. Alive has already claimed the top spot on Billboard’s Dance Radio Airplay chart and is now moving beyond the genre into the pop realm. The music chart company itself already said earlier in the year that Krewella will be huge this year after a performance at Ultra Music Festival.
